Minor waivers

Hey there! Just a heads up for all the young adventurers out there: we've got a digital version of our minor waiver and medical consent form ready for ya. If you don't have a printer, no worries! We've got hard copies at the park.

IMPORTANT:

• All minors MUST be with an adult (parent or guardian)
• Forms MUST be filled out by the primary parent or legal guardian only.
• Don't worry, we can keep 'em on file for the whole season if you get 'em notarized
• Both forms must be printed and given to HMRC ticket booth with original signature. No copies or digital signature accepted.
